About Nancy

Georgia isn’t just where I work—it’s home.

I have called Georgia home since 1992 and have been helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate since 2004. As an Army brat, I grew up moving from place to place, so I always dreamed of finding somewhere that truly felt like home. From the moment I came to Georgia, I knew I had found it.

This is where my husband and I chose to put down roots, raise our four children, and build a life together. That personal connection to “home” is a big part of why real estate means so much to me.

My passion for real estate began with my own home-buying experience in 1998. I was searching for a home and struggled to find an agent who would truly represent me as a buyer and guide me through the process. I remember how overwhelming and intimidating it felt to make such a major decision without knowing whether I was asking the right questions or making the right choices.

Eventually, I found an agent willing to represent and guide me, and I never forgot the difference that made.

That experience is one of the reasons I have such a soft spot for first-time home buyers. Buying a home is exciting, but there are also many decisions to make along the way. My goal is to make sure my buyers understand what is happening, know what to expect next, and have someone looking out for their interests from the first conversation all the way to closing.

My experience doesn't stop with buyers. I also work with homeowners who need a strong strategy to get their home sold and move on to their next chapter. Whether the goal is to sell quickly, maximize the home's value, or simply understand the options available, I believe every seller deserves honest information and a clear plan.

Since becoming a Realtor in 2004, I have worked through changing markets and many different real estate situations. One thing has remained the same: my clients know I will be there from beginning to end.

And after all these years, closing day is still my favorite day.

There is something incredibly rewarding about helping a seller close one chapter and move forward with the next—and there is nothing quite like handing a buyer the keys and saying:

“Welcome home.”
